TopMSPs collects information you provide directly - such as when you submit a listing claim form, fill out a contact form, or apply for the Verified Partner program. This may include your name, email address, phone number, company name, and website.

We also collect standard usage data automatically: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URLs. This data is collected through Vercel Analytics and is used only to improve site performance.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Process and display MSP directory listings
• Respond to inquiries and support requests
• Send service-related communications (listing confirmations, updates)
• Improve the TopMSPs directory and user experience

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Data Storage

Directory listings and associated data are stored in Firebase Firestore (Google Cloud), hosted in the United States. Uploaded files (logos, assets) are stored in Vercel Blob storage.

4. Cookies

TopMSPs uses minimal cookies - primarily for analytics (Vercel Analytics) and essential site functionality. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• Firebase / Google Cloud - data storage
• Vercel - hosting and blob storage
• Vercel Analytics - anonymous usage analytics
• Resend - transactional email delivery

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at hello@topmsps.com. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be noted with an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of TopMSPs after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
