Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TopMSPs.com (“the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. TopMSPs is operated by Behold Digital.

2. Directory Listings

MSPs may submit listings to the TopMSPs directory. By submitting a listing, you represent that:

  • All information provided is accurate and up to date
  • You are authorized to represent the business
  • The business is a legitimate managed IT service provider
  • You will not submit false, misleading, or duplicate listings

TopMSPs reserves the right to remove or edit any listing at its discretion, without notice.

3. Verified Partner Program

The Verified Partner program is a paid subscription at $99/month. Subscriptions are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not issued for partial months.

TopMSPs reserves the right to revoke Verified Partner status for violations of these terms or for conduct that reflects poorly on the TopMSPs brand.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Site to:

  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute directory data without written permission
  • Submit spam listings or engage in listing manipulation
  • Impersonate another business or individual
  • Interfere with the operation of the Site or its infrastructure

5. Intellectual Property

All content on TopMSPs - including copy, design, logos, and data - is owned by Behold Digital unless otherwise noted. MSPs retain ownership of their own submitted content (logos, descriptions). By submitting content, you grant TopMSPs a non-exclusive license to display it on the Site.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

TopMSPs is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of directory listings, the availability of the Site, or any business outcomes from listing participation. TopMSPs is not responsible for the conduct or service quality of listed providers.

7. Limitation of Liability

Behold Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of TopMSPs. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted with an updated date.
