TopMSPs does not guarantee that a match will result in any particular outcome, quote, or engagement.

3. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Site to:

• Scrape, copy, or redistribute Site data without written permission
• Submit spam or fraudulent matching requests
• Impersonate another business or individual
• Interfere with the operation of the Site or its infrastructure

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

TopMSPs is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the availability of the Site or any business outcomes from the matching service. TopMSPs is not responsible for the conduct or service quality of matched providers.

6. Limitation of Liability

Behold Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of TopMSPs.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted with an updated date.
